Consultation & Design
We start by understanding your needs, lifestyle, and vision. Our team develops your layout, specifications, selections, and full project scope to ensure your modular home is tailored perfectly to you.
Engineering & Approvals
Once the design is finalised, we coordinate all engineering requirements and manage the council approval process on your behalf. This includes structural certification, energy reports, soil assessments, and all documentation needed to progress to construction smoothly.
Factory Construction
Your home is built off-site in our controlled manufacturing facility. This ensures consistent quality, no weather delays, and a precise, efficient build. All modules are completed with fixtures, finishes, and services ready for on-site installation.
Transport & Installation
When construction is complete, your modules are transported to site, craned into position, and securely connected. We complete all on-site works including plumbing, electrical, finishing, and any landscaping or decking requirements for an efficient installation.
Final Inspection & Handover
After rigorous quality checks, we walk you through your new home, ensure everything is perfect, and provide all documentation and warranties. You receive your keys with total confidence knowing your new home has been built to high standards and delivered on time.
